‘A’ Levels

The transition to Sixth Form is a time of significant change.

Your teenager is well on the way to becoming an independent young adult with a set of new, exciting challenges to tackle, as well as important decisions to make regarding subject choices and university courses.

A Levels can be a very rewarding period: your child now has the freedom to delve deeply into 3 or 4 of the subjects that they feel most passionate about, further improving the budding analytical skills and critical thinking applied in their GCSEs.

In exchange for fewer subjects and newfound freedom however, balancing the more advanced curriculum with UCAS commitments requires a strong sense of accountability and self-organisation from the start.

Ripple Learning prides itself on having a host of A Level tutors who know how to meet the individual needs of each of their students, fostering an authentic team dynamic and working together towards the same goals.

During these weekly sessions, our tutors bring peace of mind to the process – breaking down any challenging concepts and sharing tried-and-tested advice regarding practical revision methods, tips on writing personal statements, and demystifying the university application process.
